1️⃣ Free Consultations

Free consultations (if provided) are limited to describing or explaining the details of services that the client may request only, and do not include providing technical solutions, operational consultations, or visits to the client’s location.

2️⃣ Official Invoices

The Company is committed to issuing official and approved electronic invoices to the client upon completion and delivery of the service, in accordance with applicable financial and tax regulations.

3️⃣ Payment Policy and Late Payments

• Advance Payment: Work does not commence until the agreed-upon advance payment is made.
• Work Suspension: If the client is late in paying any due installment, work is automatically suspended until payment is made.
• Contract Termination: After (10 business days) of payment delay, the Company has the right to terminate the contract and permanently close the project without any liability, while retaining all previously paid amounts.
• Payment Methods: Bank transfer, online payment, digital wallets, or cash payment with a company receipt.

4️⃣ Confidentiality of Price Quotes

The client is prohibited from sharing or publishing the Company’s price quotes with competitors or any third party; they are considered confidential information. Any violation of this clause subjects the client to legal accountability.

5️⃣ Pricing and Market Variables

Prices are determined based on client data, and the financial figures in studies (costs/sales) are estimates and are subject to change according to market fluctuations and prevailing prices at the time of execution.

6️⃣ Offer Validity

The Company is committed only to written offers during the validity period specified in the “Price Quote” document sent to the client. After the validity expires, the Company has the right to modify or cancel the offer.

7️⃣ Scope of Work

The Company is committed only to the services specified in the price quote. Any additional requests (changes or additions) may be subject to new fees and timelines, to be agreed upon in writing.

8️⃣ Legal Liability

The client is responsible for the accuracy of the data provided to us. The Company’s role is purely consultative and developmental. The Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client or decisions made by the client based on our consultations.

9️⃣ Non-Solicitation (Direct Employment)

The client undertakes not to employ or directly contract with the Company’s team members without prior written permission from the Company for a period of at least one year from the date of the last contract’s termination. In case of violation, the client agrees to pay a penalty equivalent to (12) months of the violating employee’s monthly salary.

🔟 Intellectual Property

All materials, reports, studies, templates, and designs provided by the Company remain the intellectual property of the Company. The client has no right to copy, share, or reuse them in other projects without explicit written permission.

1️⃣1️⃣ Confidentiality of Information

The Company is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of all information and data provided by the client and will not use them except for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.

1️⃣2️⃣ Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any delay or failure in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to wars, natural disasters, strikes, internet or power outages, or governmental decisions.

1️⃣3️⃣ Modification of Terms

The Company reserves the right to add, change, or modify these terms and conditions at any time as it deems appropriate for business interests or legal requirements. Amendments become effective immediately upon being posted on this page. We recommend reviewing this page periodically.

1️⃣4️⃣ Applicable Law and Competent Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws in force in the Company’s country of establishment, and its courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising from the interpretation or execution of these Terms.
